Empress Lotus (Bare Root)

Nelumbo nucifera ‘Dan Sajin’ — large pond lotus, shipped as a dormant lotus tuber.

'Empress' has a large pure white single-petal flower with a jagged purple picotee. The unusual purple coloring is present on the bud, too! The flower is held high above the leaves so it makes a dazzling visual impact!
