Morning in Yaochi Lotus (Bare Root)

Nelumbo nucifera — large pond lotus, shipped as a dormant lotus tuber.

Yaochi zhichen. Big Flowers. Yaochi is the Jade Lake on Mount Kunlun in China. This lovely colors in Morning in Yaochi will remind you of the most wonderful sunrise you have ever seen. Although considered to be in the pink category there is a warmth to the color that changes as your eye follows the length of the petal. It begins to bloom very early in the spring and the flowers are very large.
