Pink Symphony - Delicious Color Lotus (Bare Root)

Nelumbo nucifera ‘Pink Pror Pink’ — large pond lotus, shipped as a dormant lotus tuber.

Introduced by Pun Punnaline, ' Pink Symphony' is a masterpiece in pink! One of the most photogenic new lotus to come on the scene in the last couple of years, it is the parent plant to many of the new Symphony Series (Pink Pror) in Thailand. Here at our nursery we have found it to be easy to grow and a great bloomer all summer long. The color is very intense pink and the center receptacle is emerald green on the first day flower. Seed pods are very large! We 100% recommend this lotus!

As a large pond lotus, this one settles at 12 to 24 inches of water over the crown once established — start a new tuber under 2 to 4 inches and raise the level as it pushes aerial leaves, with the growing tip left uncovered.
