Echlin Scottish Ancestry Mug – Family Shield

Echlin is an unusual name with a long paper trail, and it looks well set out on a plain white mug with the family shield and clear Scotland lettering.

The name is recorded in Scotland before it became better known elsewhere, and some Echlin families later crossed to Ireland — a movement common enough among Scottish families in the seventeenth century. If your own line runs through Ulster, the Scottish end of the story may still be there to find.

The shield is printed on both sides of the 11-ounce mug, so it reads the same from either angle. Choose a black, navy or red handle and interior. A considered gift for an Echlin relative, or for the researcher untangling which side of the water the name came from.
