New Lanceolate Red - Red Stamen Lotus (Bare Root)

Nelumbo nucifera ‘Pizhenhong’ — medium lotus, shipped as a dormant lotus tuber.

'New Lanceolate Red' is a flashy, new version of an old favorite so don't be fooled by the name. The intense bright red color is much more striking. We especially like the bright red-tipped stamen take are almost always present! The flower is packed with dense, lush petals. This variety is a great bloomer!
