Sparks Lotus (Bare Root)

Nelumbo nucifera ‘Huo Hua’ — dwarf lotus, shipped as a dormant lotus tuber.

'Sparks' i s a delicate classically shaped flower held high above the leaves makes this lotus a show-stopper. The bud and first day flower are lovely deep red. This variety sometimes produces several blooms at the same time. It is a a perfect selection to try in a small pot as well as in your pond. Growing this lotus in a smaller pot will result in a smaller lotus.
